Training is becoming an essential component of any program of study. It provides students with leadership skills, motivation and better attitudes. It also provides them with an opportunity for the development of technical and behavioral skills and other aspects that successful managers and workers usually display. In order to help students be better prepared for the labor market and future careers in their fields, the Graduate Training Unit was established in 2006. Its aim is to coordinate training between college departments and various training providers. The unit is part of the college Deanship for Development, and it essentially advise and assist graduating students in matters related to training.
