The message aims to spread awareness of the importance of the implementation of judicial decisions in general, and administrative provisions in particular, what is missing from the lack of Tnzimyat control the implementation mechanism, which indicate the role of Islamic law in the interest in implementing the provisions in general, and the provisions of the administrative judiciary, in particular with a comparison that Saudi Arabia's administrative system, and to identify the reasons for non-implementation of the provisions of the administrative Justice legal and illegal, and to clarify the role of the system and those who support it in a statement contraindications implement administrative provisions, and the statement of the difference between the impossibility regular and realistic implementation, the statement images and mechanisms of management's failure to implement the administrative provisions of Fiqh and order, and to clarify administrative and judicial mechanisms for excluding management implementation, to identify the effects of the administration's failure to implement the administrative provisions in the doctrine and order, responsibility criminal for refraining from implementing the administrative provisions in the doctrine and order, and to identify the crime of refusing to implement the administrative provisions and punishable accordingly and a system civil liability for refrain from carrying out the administrative penalty provisions and the impact on them. |
