Abstract : Praise to be to God and peace and blessings to be upon the master of creation our Profit Muhammad, after: The dissertation titled {Collector of interpretations narrating and knowing, collecting and studying} is a thesis presented as a Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree MASTER in the Qur'an and Sunnah from: Manal Bent Saeed Bajaber. This thesis is a complement to earlier dissertations as the project of collector of interpretations is a cross-department project, which was divided between the students of the department, starting from Al-Fatiha, The subject of the study was the verses(177 - 188) from Surat Al-Baqarah by narrating and knowing, collecting and studying, through which I recognized the sources of interpretation and its development, as well as identifying the approaches of interpretersand their methods in authoring. Also, Familiarity with collecting statements of interpreters and compare among them, and taking scientific advantage of what has been studied in the methodological Sunnah, such as:Extraction of novels and referring them to their sources, and judging them and participating in scientific efforts to produce an explanatory encyclopedia based upon a discreet scientific method. My study research consists of: Introduction, Preface, two sections, conclusion and indexes. Introduction: I stated my research methodology,which is the interpretation of Quranic verses with aphorism, as well as the interpretation by knowing and relevant. My main aim was togain the privilege of serving the book of God. The research sections:the nature of the researchrequired a division into two sections, each section included chapters, and each chapter was divided into three units: and each chapter was divided into three units. For each section, there were requirements clarified in the forefront. The titles of the research sections were as follows: Section I: Rules offaith and legislativevisualization for the Muslim nation. Section II:Aspects of the Quranic legislation in fasting. Conclusion:In which Istated the most important findings, including: •The reality of righteousness is the belief in Godwith true faith steady in the heart and obeyed by all human senses. •The importance of divine legislations and its role in maintaining community. ز •The impact of commitment tolegitimate obligations in achieving piety. •The basic principle in legitimate obligations is to achieve convenience and to relieve awkwardness. Main recommendations of the study: Commitment to the Quranic approaches in education and Calling others to Islam.to achieve the greatest outcomes and the desired effects of guidance, righteousness and piety. Finally, the dissertation was appended with the most important scientific indexes. Peace and blessings to be upon our Master Muhammad and all his family
